“Jewish Students Invited to Transfer to the Free State of Florida”

Jewish students are at the center of unprecedented atrocities of violence and hatred on many of our college and university campuses since the October 7, 2023, Hamas attack on Israel. The public revelation of the Anti-Semitic hatred expressed against Jewish students was stunning to most of America.

I am trying to imagine how these students can focus on their studies.

Well, those Jewish students now have a speedy alternative. Governor Ron DeSantis has declared an “open arms” invitation to transfer to one of our state college campuses. 

The invitation comes with a waiver of minimum credit hours requirements and in-state tuition for Jewish students with financial hardship.

This opportunity comes at a critical time as students return to classes, and inviting them here to the Free State of Florida is an extraordinary gesture.
