The Inauguration Day of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris has arrived.
It is a day half of America will receive with open arms and a day the other half of America will receive with great disappointment and trepidation.
There has not been a more polarizing Inauguration Day as this in modern history.
It is important to remember that a great tradition of our nation, unlike many other countries, is our peaceful transfer of the presidency's office.
We know that significant changes will come very quickly with the new administration.
I anticipate I’ll be vigorously opposing many of the positions brought forth during the Biden-Harris Era. Still, I will do so while maintaining tremendous respect for the office.
Let us always remember to pray for all who are in authority over us.

Bill is also President of the Florida Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission, which serves as legislative consultant to the Florida Baptist State Convention (Southern Baptist Churches throughout Florida), among other churches and entities.
