The federal government is increasingly more dysfunctional with each passing day.
The interests of the American people have long exited the minds of many politicos.
Mismanaged Social Security and Medicare cannot be trusted to be there when you retire. Funding for benefits and services for illegal aliens are siphoning off those revenues. There’s never been a real trust fund for Social Security. That pot has been robbed for decades to fund the federal budget. It’s all smoke and mirrors.
But that’s not the biggest financial threat to America.
It’s the runaway $21 trillion federal budget debt: a debt of $66 thousand per citizen, $179 thousand for each taxpayer!
That’s what is going to bring this nation down if unaddressed, and I ask the question…. where have all the deficit hawks gone?
