Supreme Court Justice John Roberts is embroiled in another questionable decision.

Previously Roberts invented a tax, where Congress said there was no tax that artificially rescued Obamacare from the unconstitutional trash heap.

Robert’s activism reminded me of the Roe v Wade decision, also invented out of thin air.

Now ironically, the George Bush appointed Roberts sided with liberal justices in temporarily blocking a Louisiana law on abortion clinic restrictions. It requires abortion doctors to have medical privileges at local hospitals in the event a patient encounters severe complications.

That’s troubling, just 2years ago Roberts voted in FAVOR of requiring abortion doctors to have those privileges in a similar Texas case.

So you decide: is Roberts a judicial activist or just following the law.
