After processing the outrageous appellate ruling against President Trump’s temporary travel ban from nations harboring terrorist nests, is there any doubt just how far America has sunk when it comes to the blatant, on parade, out-of-the-closet, in your face judicial activism?

Consider Trump’s appellate nemesis, the extremely liberal, San Francisco-based, 9^th Federal District Court of Appeals. This court has seen their rulings reversed by the U. S. Supreme Court some say 80% & to 90% of the time, depending which year you look at. Regardless of the percentage, the 9th has the reputation of being the most reversed among all appellate courts. 

Think back to 2002 when this same 9^th Circuit’s determined the Pledge of Allegiance “One Nation Under God” passage violated the Establishment Clause of the Constitution’s 1^st Amendment?

Remember the outcome? Reversed!

For the deplorables, I rest my case.
