“Kanas City Chiefs Fans Not Happy”
Now that another Super Bowl is in the history books, some Kanas City Chief fans will put an asterisk next to the victory.
The beer was flowing during the Chief’s victory parade in Kanas City, and another Super Bowl Trophy “handling” episode marked a rowdy group of men behaving like boys. Some players even bragged on social media about how drunk they were during the parade, while others could hardly walk off the team bus. Role models to the thousands of young kids and their parents along the parade route they were not.
Some say Coach Andy Reid should not have allowed it to happen.
We can only look back to Tom Brady, his public trophy-tossing, and his difficulties walking away from Tampa’s Super Bowl Celebration.
It’s a shame that many of today’s “super athletes” do not have the appetite to set a good example for our children.
