One of the most sacred provisions of our country’s rights in the U. S. Constitution is the very first amendment protecting free speech.

An 84 year old volunteer Chaplain leading Bible studies for the last 10 years in a place called the California Veterans Home, is being persecuted.

Artis Breau received word from the Vet’s Home lawyer that her discussion with a resident about Heaven and Hell caused the resident to lose sleep. They alleged elder “abuse”. Plus, they suspended her from volunteering and if she persists in her activities she will be subject to “involuntary discharge”.

This is unacceptable!

Fortunately the Pacific Justice Institute’s, Brad Dacus, is on the case and I’m sure Artis will not be making any moving plans anytime in the future.
