President Obama’s former U.S. Ambassador to the UN Susan Rice looks to be caught up in a new round of falsehoods.
You’ll remember the infamous false statements she gave about the premeditated terrorist attack on our consulate in Benghazi, telling the world it was a spontaneous protest caused by a video offensive to Muslims.
Now reports point to Susan Rice as the Obama administration official who named, or unmasked, Trump transition officials whose conversations were captured in the current surveillance scandal. She may have passed those conversations on to other Obama administration officials for political and not national security reasons.
Recently, while interviewing with PBS’s Judy Woodruff, Susan Rice said she knew “nothing” about any charges that Obama officials were responsible for the unmasking.
But based on previous experience, that statement by Susan Rice isn’t passing the smell test.
