President Biden's Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has issued new federal guidelines forcing employers to accommodate new woke protections.
An employer would be guilty of harassment if they forced someone to use a restroom that is in line with their biological sex or to use a pronoun that a person doesn't choose.
The guideline states, "Harassing conduct based on sexual orientation or gender identity includes ….repeated and intentional use of a pronoun inconsistent with the individual's known gender identity (misgendering) or the denial of access to a bathroom or other sex-segregated facility consistent with the individual's gender identity."
What about the First Amendment protections of freedoms of religion and speech and a woman's right to privacy in bathrooms and locker rooms?
Here's another case for the U. S. Supreme Court.
