The first 100 days of the new Congress have come and gone. What does the Democrat led House have to show for their work on behalf of the American people? Nothing, absolutely nothing.
I’ve been reading David Barton’s book “The Jefferson Lies: Exposing the myths you always believed about Thomas Jefferson.” I was reminded that the ugly, dark side of politics is nothing new.
But unlike 200 plus years ago, the obsession over one man, President Trump, is unsurpassed.
It’s significant to remember that our Holy Bible inspired government was created despite the politics of the day.
Today, Congress is solely about power and control.
And each day the Congressional left is sinking us a little further down from the national preeminence crafted by our founding fathers, into the mire of mediocrity.
