Florida is a key battleground state for the 2020 Presidential election. It’s so important the President announced his nationwide campaign kickoff would be held at the Amway Arena in Orlando, Florida, next Tuesday, June 18th at 8:00 PM.
The arena has a capacity up to 20,000 seats depending on how it is configured. Everyone expected that Trump would draw more than the arena could accommodate but no one expected to hear what the President tweeted this week.
Trump announced the event already had 74,000 ticket requests “With all the big events that we have done, this ticket looks to be the “hottest” of them all.”
The I-4 corridor has long been the contested battleground between the conservative panhandle and liberal southeast Florida.
Welcome Mr. President, to the nation’s ground zero.
