Operation Trade Secrets reminds us about the dark side of life in West Central Florida.
First, we have been known for years as the “Strip Club Capital’ of the world, Then recently Ashley Madison, a well know married infidelity hook-up website, bestowed another black eye by rating the top 20 most unfaithful cities in America: Orlando is #1, Tampa is #9 and St. Pete comes in at #14.
What a distinction.
Along with regular human trafficking busts in Polk County, Hillsborough Sheriffs just netted 85 arrests of its own.
The charges include dealing in the sex trade, practicing massage without a license and possession of child porn.
