The U.S. Supreme Court is releasing decisions for the current term. Court watchers are lining up daily along First Street Northeast to react to the decisions.
Yesterday saw major wins for President Trump and the Second Amendment.
The court gave Trump a huge victory for his immigration agenda, siding with the President to end Temporary Protected Status, TPS, for about 350,000 Haitians and Syrians. In another ruling, the court decided that those illegals who had reached the Mexican/US border, but had not set foot on American soil, are not eligible as “asylum seekers,” as the Biden Administration had contended.
Also, an unconstitutional Hawaii law was struck down, holding that 2nd Amendment concealed carry gun owners had to gain permission to carry on all private property.
