A pair of two more “blockbuster” rulings came down Friday from the U.S. Supreme Court.
The cases represented huge wins for President Trump’s ability to enact his executive order policies, essentially shielding Trump from unconstitutional “lawfare” interference by a handful of liberal district court judges. The court also gave parents a big win in deciding which objectionable books, many with transgender indoctrination issues, they can opt out of concerning their children’s public education.
Both decisions were made with a decisive 6-3 vote by the conservative majority on the court.
For decades, an activist, liberal federal court system served as a de facto member of the far-left-wing, radical woke agenda, acting in areas where their radical agendas could never see passage in Congress.
