“A ‘Bully Bully’ Day at the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library”

Bill Bunkley’s “This Is Something to Think About

Air Date Friday, July 3, 2026

Wednesday was a special day in the annals of American history as we prepare to celebrate Freedom 250 on the 4th of July.

President Trump boarded the new, beautiful, red, white, and blue-designed Air Force One for an inaugural flight to North Dakota. Upon arrival, his motorcade was escorted by the 1st U.S. Volunteer Cavalry Regiment Rough Riders reenactors on horseback, boarded a train, and arrived at Mandora, ND, embarking from the train just as the 23-year-old Teddy Roosevelt did on September 8, 1883, at the age of 24.

The new Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library in Medora is located at the edge of the “Badlands” and overlooks Theodore Roosevelt National Park, where Trump delivered the dedication speech.

And I am excited to see the new library in the next few weeks.
