Our country once again was forced to face pure evil. And while we were learning the horrid details of the Walmart ambush, another deranged individual attacked in Ohio.
As we witness the moral decline of America, the unspeakable events in El Paso and Dayton remind us of the effect the culture is having on troubled individuals.
And let me restate what I believe. If all guns were banned, if all knives were banned, these unsettled assailants would find another weapon to carry out their dark attacks.
It’s the condition of the heart that drives attackers to their evil extremes, not their instruments of choice.
Since disinviting God to partake in the American experience, the country continues its freefall into depravity.
It’s past time to bring God back into our national discussion.
