The Freedom From Religion Foundation, the atheist, anti-God religious group, is at it again with another harassing P.R. blitz.
Their latest mark is Senator Marco Rubio.
And just what is Marco’s dastardly crime? He’s tweeting out an encouraging verse of Bible scripture each day.
That’s right; they’re squawking it’s illegal for a U.S. Senator to tweet out a Bible verse.
I’m not making this up, and this is not click bait. This religion of atheists believes the Senator is required to check his 1st Amendment Religious Liberty rights in the closet just because he is a member of Congress.
Nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, in the early days our U. S. Capitol building actually hosted Christian church services.
Breaking News: Senators are free to embrace any religion.
So Senator Rubio, Tweet the Word out to your heart’s content.
