“Republican Debate: We Are the Bickersons”

I have more to say about Wednesday’s Republican Presidential Debate.

Anyone who bothered to tune in for the debate may have thought they were watching a new game show, THE BICKERSONS. And those who did tune in, except for Governor DeSantis supporters, probably moved on quickly to other programming.

Why?

Bicker, bicker, bicker. That’s the debate’s big takeaway.

Isn’t the enemy the Biden/Harris ticket?

Thank you, Governor, for being the only adult in the room. Our Gov would have none of the bickering and broke above the nonsense to effectively innumerate his numerous accomplishments, not just political promises.

Governor DeSantis won the debate.  

And even though DeSantis would lead the charge at the end of the debate to NOT play a silly game of voting fellow Republicans off the island, it’s now time for many to go.   

Bill Bunkley is a 17-year veteran Salem Media talk show host based in Tampa. The Bill Bunkley Show airs weekdays across central Florida from 3 to 6 pm. Bill is also President of the Florida Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission, which serves as the legislative consultant to the Florida Baptist State Convention (Southern Baptist Convention Churches), among other churches and entities.
