“The Year to Vote in Person”
Bill Bunkley with Something to Think About
This is the year that you do NOT want to cast your vote by a mail-in ballot if you can avoid it. Your vote is just too crucial.
There are two important reasons to vote this year in person during early voting or on election day.
One is the chance your ballot can get lost in the mail, or your ballot will get tossed out because an election worker deems your ballot signature doesn’t match their records.
Reason two is the massive number of mail-in ballots anticipated for this election cycle due to COVID-19 concerns. It could be days after the election for mail-in votes to be tabulated. Every ballot not mailed in will reduce verification time and avoid scrutiny for ballot tampering.
Make sure your vote counts. Vote in person and place your vote in the official ballot box.
