He was a madman who has blood on his hands of literally thousands of people across Iraq, Syria, and other parts of the world.
He was a monster responsible for the rape and imprisonment of untold numbers of refugee teenage girls.
His organization, ISIS, inflicted far more terrorism than Osama bin Laden.
He had a $25 million bounty on his head.
And now the coward is dead, after running for his life down a dead-end tunnel with our Special Forces in pursuit, using children as his human shield.
Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was making plans to rebuild and reconstitute ISIS. Though he is no more, given time, others will compete in his absence to continue his murderous evil.
And the brave members of our Special Forces will be there to counter that threat as well.
