“Huge Pasco/Hillsborough County Fentanyl Bust”
“If you had a doubt, it should be no longer. Fentanyl is here and killing Floridians.” Those are the words of Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody after Polk Sheriff Grady Judd announced an estimated 10 kilograms of the deadly drug was seized after a long Pasco & Hillsborough County investigation.
10 kilograms of fentanyl has the potential to kill 5 million people, just a tiny amount of only 2 milligrams is considered a fatal dose.
From January to June of this year, 3,050 fentanyl-related deaths have occurred in Florida.
Two of the three men arrested are Mexican illegal aliens. The Sinaloa drug cartel manufactured the seized drug.
If you have kids or grandkids, take time to sit down with them to talk about the deadly risks of illegal street drugs. The dealer providing the most intensive high may also be the dealer that kills them.
