The process of determining the final election outcome from the states conducting recounts, and the multiple lawsuits filed over alleged election irregularities and outright fraud, could be best described as the drip, drip, drip of the infamous Chinese water torture.

The Wheels of Justice grind slowly. They grind slowly to ensure all the relevant facts are discovered, assembled, and considered as evidence.

In the case of election lawsuits, it’s not a jury of our peers who will decide the cases. No, it will be judges in black robes who will make those decisions.

That’s where the uncertainty and grind come in. Various court jurisdictions will be in play with both liberal and conservative judges. And that makes the legal pathway to 270 for President Trump very treacherous.
