We are blessed by a Thanksgiving salvation right here in our local neighborhoods.
Scores of families in crises, some in homeless situations, are scattered all around our area. Thank God there is an organization that will literally help thousands, yes, I said thousands, of people in a tough spot this Thanksgiving right here in West Central Florida.
That organization is the Salvation Army.
Because of caring supporters, the Salvation Army is able to do the most good. They are a leader in coming alongside those who need a helping hand.
It is great to see so many step up their giving to the Army in the last few days in light of the stunning Chick fil A decision to abandon them
We are better off because the Salvation Army is in our midst. Any of us could be their next clients.
