President Biden can refer to himself as President-Elect now that the Electoral College has officially collected enough state votes to put him over the critical 270 threshold.
Meanwhile, President Trump will still pursue relief in the courts all the way to Inauguration Day.
But that’s just one of three battles President Biden has to contend with.
If he is seated as President, Biden will have two more battles for the next two months.
As expected, on one front, he will have the Republicans battling him every step of the way from the right for the next four years. But he will also have far-left progressives attacking him for not governing as they see fit.
And if the Senate retains a Republican majority, Joe Biden will be regulated to changes only implemented by Executive Orders.
