“Ban Trump: Colorado State Supreme Court at it Again”

The left-wing Colorado State Supreme Court is back at it again. Known for defying the U. S. Supreme Court and the U. S. Constitution, destroying the 1st Amendment Religious and Free speech rights of baker Jack Phillips, has ruled President Trump illegible for their 2024 Presidential primary ballot.

In a 4-3 decision, the divided court cites Section 3 of the 14th Amendment of the U. S. Constitution's insurrection clause as the basis to disqualify President Trump.

They blamed Trump for the January 6, 2021, illegal incursion of the U. S. Capitol.

The court stayed its decision until January 4, the day before Colorado prints its primary ballots.  

Trump's legal team will immediately ask the U. S. Supreme Court to overturn another radical, unconstitutional finding again.

I'm confident Colorado's decision will be overturned.
