“Bank Discriminates Against Christian-Based Organization”

In another sign that many in the American culture are increasingly hostile to Christ and His ministries, JPMorgan Chase Bank decided to close the bank account of the National Committee for Religious Freedom. It is headed by former U. S. Senator, Governor, and Ambassador at Large for International Religious Freedom Sam Brownback.

Brownback had only opened the account a few weeks earlier. When he went to make a deposit, he was told by the teller that the bank had closed the account.

How’s that for customer service!

To make matters worse, when the bank offered to consider reinstating the account, they wanted a list of his organization’s contributors.

That is outrageous and none of the bank’s business.

This is another troubling sign of the organized effort to silence Religious Freedom and Liberty. We must not tolerate this abuse.
