“Supreme Judicial Activism Corrected: Roe v Wade Has Been Struck Down”

The decision is in. A great wrong in the judicial history of the United States has been corrected almost 50 years later.

By a vote of 6-3, a majority of justices overturned the infamous Roe v Wade abortion decision.

In 1973 Justice Harry Blackmun, who authored the decision, joined six other liberal justices to violate our Constitution with one of the most egregious and obvious acts of judicial activism.

Nowhere can one find any federal law passed by Congress on the issue of abortion.

Seven unelected men in black robes decided arbitrarily on what they thought was best for the nation. Clearly, they had no legal right to do so.

Any issue not addressed by federal law is reserved for the states.

And that’s what this decision means concerning abortion.

Each of our fifty state legislatures will now decide the issue of abortion.
