The good times are rolling here in Florida, and it doesn’t look like there is an end in sight.

And with the baby boomers coming of retirement age the Sunshine State is only going to get more appealing to the masses who are dreaming of moving here.

Whatever stat you look at in 2017, Florida was charging ahead on all cylinders.

Consider our housing market; it’s been humming and 2018 may well see new records.

And oh, do you remember about eight years ago when Florida voters elected an outsider for Governor, an unknown guy who ran on a jobs, jobs, jobs platform by the name of Rick Scott?

Well, Florida’s unemployment rate ended December at the lowest rate in 10 years at 3.7%.

It looks like Governor Rick Scott is promises made, promises delivered.
