Once again, we are witnessing yet another Washington “tell-all” bombshell that has risen with questionable timing in the last few days.

Loyalty is not a character trait embraced by a whole lot of folks inside the Beltway. Disloyalty and “gotcha” politics is the rule of combatants in D.C.

This time it is the former National Security Advisor to President Trump, John Bolton, who has a “tell-all” book which usually comes with a large advance payment.

Now I don’t know if there is accuracy in the New York Times reporting on Bolton’s advance manuscript, I reserve judgment until we can see and review the actual manuscript or book.

But either way, true or false, I detest people who will sell out a former boss’ privileged or private conservations for a tell-all financial payout.
