Beware, the first step in President Biden’s plan to permanently pack the U. S. Supreme Court with left-leaning, anti-originalist, anti-textualist associate judges is being launched.
Keep an eye on the so-called Biden Commission formed to study the topic of Supreme Court reforms.
Reform suggests that something is broken. I wasn’t aware that our Supreme Court was broken, in need of fixing. Strange, up until the passing of Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg, the Democrats never mentioned anything about problems over at the high court.
Let’s be clear, the only problem at the court is that President Trump replaced liberal judges with conservative judges after decades of liberal domination and control.
The only problem is the radical left can't handle the conservative shift.
