“Supreme Court Casts a Dim View of Keeping Trump Off 2024 Ballot”

In a truly historic session of almost 2 ½ hours of oral arguments, the U. S. Supreme Court proceedings will be studied for decades by constitutional students and experts. The question at hand is, did the State of Colorado have the legal right to ban former President Donald J. Trump from their 2024 ballot over their assessment that he led an insurrection against the United States of America?

In a surprising turn, attorney Jason Murray, who was assigned with the task of presenting and convincing the court that Colorado was right to keep Trump off the ballot, was plummeted with massive skepticism, not from the conservatives on the court, but two of the most liberal justices Elena Kagan & Ketanji Brown Jackson.   

In a rare case, many, including myself, think Colorado will lose its case.

And I hope it is a 9-0 vote: unanimous.
