The unanimous legal atrocity of the Washington State Supreme Court is all the evidence President Trump needs to move forward in issuing a first step executive order protecting religious liberty and religious freedom.
That’s because a panel of “belief police” could care less if someone has deeply held Christian beliefs.
Florist Barronelle Stutzman sold flowers for years to a gay couple. But when the couple requested she create arrangements for their wedding, she kindly refused because of her deeply held Christian beliefs.
For her refusal, she got slapped with a lawsuit courtesy of the ACLU, and in a stunning outcome, the entire state supreme court upheld her guilty verdict.
It’s now up to the U. S. Supreme Court to right this wrong, and why completing the Senate confirmation hearings for nominee Judge Neil Gorsuch is so very, very important.
