Our Founding Fathers were brilliant in structuring our U. S. Constitution and inserting the values and principals found in the Bible, both Old and New Testament.
They also considered how the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches would be structured. Only with few exceptions did they create situations other than a simple majority vote, with a majority plus one to accomplish a bill’s passage.
The so called “nuclear option” has been used on rare occasions that reverts Senators back to a simple majority vote.
Fast forward, Senate Democrats have employed delaying tactics as well as the 60 vote majority rule to keep 130 Federal Court seats not filled with President Trump nominees.
Republicans should force the “so called” nuclear option of a majority plus 1to seat these judges.
