It is amazing how responsive the characteristically, slow, burdensome, federal bureaucracy is reacting to COVID 19.

President Trump announced that the Federal Food & Drug Administration was studying two already approved drugs for other uses that may be showing promise in the war against coronavirus and could be available soon.

FDA Commissioner Dr. Stephen Hahn, a cancer doctor, shared that 10,000 people are working around the clock, searching for solutions to defeat the virus. Research that usually takes years, possibly decades, is being fast-tracked to study or develop drugs and possible plasma treatments in a matter of weeks and months.

This all hands-on deck federal, private sector 24/7 effort to combat the virus should inspire us to do our part, for now. Stay home.
