Four people made all the decisions on a $1.3 Trillion, 6-month federal spending bill on behalf of all 100 U. S. Senators and 435 House members.
Republican Speaker Paul Ryan, Democrat House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, Senate Republican Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer gave members of Congress on average just 24 hours to review a 2232 page “omnibus” spending bill with zero options to review it via the committee process.
With national debt at $21 Trillion, what’s another Trillion in six months?
They are handcuffing my 12-year-old son and countless other young Americans with crippling future debt!
And not included in this fake money funding is a border wall or a DACA fix; but Planned Parenthood receives full funding.
It’s shameful that Republican leadership picked right up where the Democrats left off.
