“Elections Matter: Kentanji Brown Jackson Next SCOTUS Justice”
Bill Bunkley with Something to Think About
Judge Kentanji Brown Jackson was affirmed as the next Associate Justice of the U. S. Supreme Court by Senate democrats and three republicans.
She takes her seat on the high court this summer at the end of this session.
Brown will judge as a lenient, very liberal justice, also not to anyone's surprise. She would not tell Senators about her judicial philosophy; she kept stating her methodology, whatever that means, as it just so happens to track with a judge's oath of office.
And not being a biologist, she could not define what a woman is to Senators.
She has a record of light sentences for child sex abuse. She has NEVER tried a sex abuse case herself, only as an appellate judge. Maybe if she had to look a victim in the eye, she might see things differently.
Election's matter. Enough said.
