“Florida Abortion Amendment Poll Indicating Weakness”

The first polling is in on the proposed Florida Constitutional Abortion Amendment, which is very disappointing for the pro-abortion crowd.
60% plus one Florida voters would have to approve the amendment in November’s Presidential election for its extreme provisions to be set in constitutional concrete.
If the vote were held today, it would miss 60% by a wide margin.
The Emerson College poll found that just 42% of Floridians would vote yes for the amendment, while 25% would vote no.
32% said they are undecided, and it is this group of voters that the battle over abortion in Florida will be waged over the next several months.
Looking at this poll, pro-lifers who will be campaigning on a “Vote No On 4” statewide message are encouraged.
But stay tuned, as a lot will happen with these poll numbers before voters cast their ballots this fall.
