Today Florida Phase One has arrived.
Other than venturing out to a retail store or finding a restaurant with an open seat outside a 75% no go zone, not much has changed.
Probably the biggest change today along Florida’s beautiful West Central Gulf Coast is open beaches and hotel pools, which were not part of Governor DeSantis Phase One plan. Those openings were decided locally before the Gov’s plan was laid out.
Most of our life isn’t going to change much right now.
But Phase Two is on the horizon, and when it arrives, I suspect we’ll be watching the thousands heading to barbershops and beauty parlors. And yes, I’ll be among the mix getting a clip while holding my facemask tight with my rubber gloves.
Patience is still the name of the game, even as you get out and around.
