“If You Are Comfortable Going Out, Support Our Local Restaurants”
Bill Bunkley with Something to Think About
Yesterday Florida opened with what Governor Ron DeSantis declared a “full” Phase One reopening.
Gyms reopened with the usual social distancing requirements with but specific periodic cleaning and sanitizing protocols.
Restaurants can now accommodate patrons up to 50% of fire marshal capacity.
This is a big deal for many restaurants that could not open with 25% max capacity. At 50%, many will take a shot at reopening. That will get a lot of people back to work.
But there’s only one catch. Just because you have a 50% capacity doesn’t mean that number of patrons will indeed be ready to come back.
That’s why it is so very important that if you feel comfortable going back out, please support our local restaurants so they can provide us that dining pleasure in the years to come.
