“2020 Census: Florida Robbed of a Congressional Seat”

If we lived in a perfect world, Florida should have picked up two, not just one, additional seats in the United States House of Representatives. Florida’s population has exploded since the 2010 census. 

We learned from the Census Bureau that more than 70,000 people were underestimated in Florida’s population count. 

And that underestimation cost Florida an additional new seat in Congress. The number of Floridians omitted may be the worst among all 50 states. 

To rub salt in the wound, the Census Bureau reported they over-counted in states such as New York, Massachusetts, and Delaware. That gives those states undeserved over-representation in Congress. 

Bottom line: Florida was robbed of a Congressional seat.

Will this become the basis of another federal conspiracy theory? 

Could be, it looks a little suspicious.
