House Speaker Pelosi should immediately pull from consideration a bill to reauthorization of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, also known as FISA.
The Justice Department must thoroughly investigate the unacceptable abuses of a bogus FISA warrant on General Michael Flynn by the FBI. Attorney General Bill Barr must provide a comprehensive report on the FBI abuse to Congress and President Trump before consideration of FISA reauthorization legislation.
Civil Liberties are being greatly abused by a few in government that believe they are above the law. The lies and abuse regarding the Flynn prosecution may well lead all the way back to the Obama Administration.
It would be foolish to reauthorize FISA before we know all the facts of the abuse. Protect Civil Liberties.
