The COVID-19 pandemic has ravaged the U. S. economy. Locally J. C. Penny is the latest retailer to announce store closings.

Employment got hit hard. Sadly, many ex-workers have taken unfair advantage of unemployment dollars, racking in more via unemployment than they earned on their jobs! Employers say that employees are not coming back to work because they make more money off unemployment.

Don’t be part of the unemployment problem; be part of the solution if a job is waiting.

2nd Thessalonians 3:10 says, “if anyone is not willing to work, they shall not eat.”

If you are non-disabled and have a job waiting, get back to work. Don’t defraud our country by collecting unnecessary unemployment.

America works when we all are productive citizens.

We’re all in this together.
