The current session of the U. S. Supreme Court has been filled with highs and lows for social conservatives and those holding to a Christian worldview.
The common thread of concern centers around 1st Amendment Constitution protections for Religious Liberty, Religious Freedom.
There are many concerns about Religious Freedom with the court’s redefinition of gender as it relates to the rewriting our 1964 Civil Rights Act. Many court battles will ensue defending Christian rights on a multitude of levels.
On the other hand, we witnessed a significant court victory supporting private school funding of Religious Schools.
Reaffirming Religious Freedom in the school funding case will also have broad implications in many other applications.
Let’s hope it’s really broad.
