“To Bypass State Abortion Bans: Float Abortion Mills Out in the Gulf”
Pro-abortion extremists will stop at nothing to find ways to kill innocent children.
Dr. Meg Autry is a California contraception/gynecologist professor at the University of California San Francisco. She sees federal waters in the Gulf of Mexico hosting floating abortion mills. By avoiding a state’s jurisdictional boundary into the Gulf, state abortion bans are unenforceable.
Years ago, the Florida Cabinet, during the governorship of Jeb Bush, sought to make it illegal to set sail from a Florida port for a one-day gambling cruise. Because the Cabinet and not the legislature imposed the ban, it was struck down in the courts.
But could a state legislature ban such departures?
This and other means to destroy life, such as mobile abortion suites, will be for lawyers and judges to hash out.
The battle is far from over.
