For weeks Americans have witnessed unimaginable scenes of violence across her largest cities. Marxist and anarchist mobs have been allowed to take over liberal run cities, placing law-abiding citizens at considerable risk.
Shootings are out of control: a one-year-old baby boy this past weekend is dead in Brooklyn after a drive-by shooting, another 9-year-old boy died in New Orleans from drive-by gunfire. In Chicago this past weekend, 64 people were shot, 11 died.
Cops ambushed in alarming numbers, businesses burned, monuments destroyed.
And what’s the solution from the left? Defund the police.
The real shame falls on politicians who have allowed and encouraged this destructive behavior for political purposes.
President Trump is right to proclaim it’s time for law and order.
