The seven-year charade has come to an end.
Are there any words to describe the handful of Senate Republicans who killed a vote that would have begun the process, discussion and debate on correcting the country’s number one issue, Healthcare?
Do we call it “hypocrisy” of the very first degree, a debacle, a train wreck, snake oil, smoke and mirrors, or simply “a big fat Republican Lie?”
Either way in days we’ll see if Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell will, or can, make good on his latest promise to bring up and vote on a straight “repeal” bill of Obamacare.
Not getting to a vote or the repeal getting voted down by Senate moderates would qualify for all of the descriptions I just stated.
My opinion, Senate moderates will block a simple repeal AGAIN.
If I’m right, this mess falls right back in the laps of voters via the 2018 midterm elections.
