President Trump’s new press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders is under attack not for how she handles her job, but for her physical appearance.

Sarah is a public personality subject to public ridicule, and I support the 1^st Amendment, but words do matter and mean, personal attacks about one’s physical appearance are repulsive, even when it’s a public personality. 

So where does a decent society, a news organization, a comedian, the writers of a sitcom, draw the line between light humor and mean personal attacks?

Here’s some I believe have crossed that line.

I will not repeat their comments about Sarah Huckabee-Sanders physical characteristics, but I will say Saturday Night Live, The Daily Beast’s Ira Madison, III, comedian Akilah Huges and “Family Guy” writer Damien Fahey should all demonstrate, if they can, that they indeed possess a higher intellectual ability than simply picking the low hanging fruit of “cheap shots,” solely on one’s physical appearance.
