President Barak Obama is smiling as his dream of a single payer, socialized medicine scheme took one big step towards reality.
His master plan of Obamacare failure is working just fine thank you.
But who would have thought that 7 Senate Republicans would help Obama get there?
The gang of 7 failed to pass the 4th vote on a ‘skinny” Obamacare repeal amendment with a 2-year replacement window. Potentially delivering the pathway for socialized medicine were John McCain, Susan Collins, Shelly Moore Capito, Lamar Alexander, Dean Heller, Lisa Murkowski and Rob Portman.
Senate Republicans have only one option left.
Pass a bill, any bill, that keeps the process alive for the next step that would send the legislation to a joint negotiation conference with the U. S. House.
But will Senate Republicans exercise that option?
We’ll know today.
