Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts has struck another blow to conservatives by siding with liberals on the court concerning a church issue.
Calvary Chapel Dayton Valley in Nevada asked the court to set aside the 50 person max attendance for the state’s churches. That’s because other public establishments in that state max out at 50% of total capacity, not just 50 people.
It is a discriminatory ruling that one can only view in disbelief.
It is such a glaring decision of injustice that other conservative judges voiced their extreme descents.
Judge Neil Gorsuch wrote, “But there is no world in which the Constitution permits Nevada to favor Caesars Palace over Calvary Chapel.
That sums up this awful decision and speaks volumes about John Robert’s judgment.
