“Team Biden/Harris Can’t Deliver on Radical Supreme Court Rewrite”

You know it's an election year when outrageous and unachievable campaign promises are rolled out to an ignorant, ill-informed electorate. It is an untruthful, deceptive campaign tactic that, unfortunately, too often works.

Team Biden/Harris delivered a whopper of a campaign untruth they can't possibly deliver: a massive overhaul of part of the Judicial branch, the U. S. Supreme Court.

For decades, unbridled liberal justices dominated the court, making law out of thin air, a right reserved for the legislative branch.

Today, the left can't handle the conservative court and seeks to pack it with additional liberal justices and impose term limits and ethics rules on the justices.

Team Biden/Harris knows their plan requires congressional approval and amending the constitution.

Be assured the only real goal here is to whip up Democrat votes.
